Business Anaylst


  • Report directly to the CEO and assist him in tracking the key business parameters
  • Translate business ideas into feasible corporate proposals with roadmaps for execution
  • Perform business analysis; capturing clients or investors requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Create and deliver presentations on requirements to senior management team for review and input
  • Contribute to research, design and writing of articles / proposals / whitepapers and participate as a team member in collateral development

API Architect


  • Responsible for designing, developing, integrating and supporting payment product and platforms
  • Responsible for architecting, designing and implementing small to large integration solution adopting various technologies
  • Deliver integration principles and document the integration consideration from business and functional perspective
  • Understand complex systems and able to manage integration with other applications
  • Drive integration of payment products and platform capabilities
  • Provide good technical solutions and develop out-of-the-box solutions which adhere to industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university
  • Familiar with Fintech technology, payment/commerce industry
  • Detailed API gateway experience (Apigee/AWS) is essential
  • Knowledge of RESTful Web APIs, micro-services, databases like MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL is essential
  • Extensive experience building scalable, resilient, extensible and high-performance payment system
  • Excellent engineering background in AWS and Microsoft technology and strong hands-on capability

Software Engineer


  • Responsible for analyzing requirements, developing and maintaining Web Services, APIs, applications to meet business needs
  • Develop codes using .NET programming languages on .NET framework, .NET Core, .NET microservice framework
  • Constantly review and improve on existing codes
  • Design, build and maintain efficient codes
  • Co-ordinate and participate in the testing and deployment of applications and systems

Lead Infrastructure Engineer


Network management

  • Daily management of LAN environment, which includes fault isolation and resolution, performance optimization, monitoring, change management and incident management
  • Secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies
  • Monitor and report network trends and activities
  • Provides support to overseas office and resolve connectivity issues


System management

  • Proficiently manage the AWS Cloud infrastructure
  • Efficient in provisioning on-cloud and on-prem servers
  • Ensure the system architecture is built in an efficient and robust manner towards a high level of maintainability, reliability, scalability and availability
  • Ensure all infrastructure systems are closely monitored and backed up
  • Work closely with security team and development team to apply security patches as needed
  • Daily support of office infrastructure, provisioning of laptops for end users
  • Write and maintain systems documentation
  • Work with partners and vendors to fulfill project requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of network infrastructure experience
  • At least 5 years of Linux and Windows server experience and 3 years of AWS Cloud management experience
  • Good understanding of Active directory services
  • Sound knowledge in security framework such as PCI
  • Able to work well across functional departments


Technical skills

  • Proficient in setting up components in AWS Cloud
  • Route tables, VPC, EC2, RDS and other AWS related services
  • Comfortable with handling Linux (Centos & Ubuntu) and Windows systems
  • Comfortable in performing system administration with minimal supervision - Centos, Ubuntu, Windows
  • Have no issues scripting using Perl/Bash, shell scripting
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP and able to handle iptables / firewalls

IT Security Manager


  • Define and implement IT security operations framework for Liquid Group including security operations role definitions, monitoring, incident and event management, privileged access management and overall security architecture.
  • Working with IT Infra management to implement appropriate segregation duties in compliance with standards and industry best practices.
  • Create and promote security culture throughout the organization.
  • Define, implement, document and conduct reviews on the Group's Information Security Policies and Procedures, Information Security Risk management, Project Risk management and Change Management
  • Accountable for the Group's information security policies and procedures among employees, contractors, partner, and other 3rd Parties and report on security policies lapses
  • Work with lines of business, vendors, IT application and infrastructure teams during the software development life cycle to ensure that sufficient security controls are in place to meet the Group's Information Security Policies and Guidelines
  • Experience in applying risk management practices in an operational environment to include audit procedures/controls and systems hardening
  • Perform information security risk assessments and serve as the internal auditor for information security processes
  • Review all system-related information security plans throughout the organization's network


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or relevant qualification
  • Certifications in: CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISACA or equivalents
  • Expert knowledge with Information Security Standards (ISO 17799 / ISO 27002 & ISO 27001), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCIDSS), MAS Internet Banking Technology Risk Management Guidelines (ITBRM)
  • At least 10 years of Information Technology experience including 5 years in managing IT Security Operations

Investor Relations Manager


  • Understand the mechanics of Liquid Group’s business and drivers of revenue, cost and margin to develop strong growth plans
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify attractive growth opportunities for Liquid Group
  • Carry out financial valuation and create suitable financial models
  • Assist the CEO to communicate the company's growth plan to investors and shareholders and manage investor relationships
  • Build the business case for specific opportunities by identifying market potential, cost outlay, investment return and funding needs
  • Develop the fundraising pitch to potential investors, clearly communicating the aggressive growth agenda


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with listed companies, corporate finance and/or equity research
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in analysing investments, managing private equity and venture capital assets
  • Regulatory environment knowledge and cross border experience
  • Strong financial, analytical and modelling skills and strong understanding of financial data tools 
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
